Odell Beckham Jr. and the Browns are off to a hot start to Week 4.
The former Giants wideout reeled in a 37-yard touchdown thrown by fellow receiver Jarvis Landry on the Browns’ first drive of their Week 4 matchup against the Cowboys.
Cleveland went no huddle on this trick play against a permeable Dallas secondary with 12:13 left in the first quarter. Beckham easily reeled in the deep pass from 27-year-old Landry while safety Darian Thompson attempted to cover him.
Beckham, also 27, had begun the season with tepid stat lines and had scored once entering this game.
This is Landry’s first passing touchdown and third completion of his seven-year career in the NFL. Beckham and Landry were teammates at LSU and were reunited after the Giants traded Beckham to the Browns before the 2019 NFL season.
